The Job

We’re looking for an experienced, dedicated, and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our growth and expand our market presence across the UK. You will be the engine of our sales success, transforming market opportunities into long-term customer partnerships. Your contributions will directly impact the scale and reach of our mission to secure assets against evolving threats.

In this role, you will focus on the following key areas of interest:

Growth: Expanding our customer portfolio and driving significant sales success against performance targets.
Ownership: Generating leads from a standing start and expertly managing the entire sales lifecycle—from initial query to aftercare service.
Client Relations: Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), successfully communicating at both ‘ground level’ and ‘Director level’ across client organisations.
Values: Ensuring our core customer values are consistently met and exceeded.

Essential: Fully adept at lead generation and managing the complete, end-to-end sales cycle.
Ideal: Direct experience and a proven sales track record within the Construction and/or Security industry.

Mandatory: The ability to operate autonomously on your own initiative, demonstrating dedication to performance goals. Excellent personability and customer-facing communication skills.
