Devastated Courtney Cairns plans to sue a kennels owner after her beloved pet Asha vanished.

The dog owner claims that businesswoman Louise Shafer failed to secure the premises and the
two-year-old husky cross escaped. Asha has still not been found.

Courtney says she got a call from the owner informing her that the dog had got over a 5ft fence and run off.

She claims she was later told in a text from Louise that CCTV was switched off at the time by a family member to play computer games.
