Client Requirement

At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, one of our key clients required an immediate and effective method to screen personnel entering multiple operational sites. With a high daily footfall, traditional manual temperature checks posed both a safety risk and operational inefficiency. The client sought a non-contact, automated fever-screening system that would integrate with their existing security infrastructure and support compliance with evolving government health guidelines.

Our Approach

Following a detailed site assessment, we designed and delivered a tailor-made thermal screening solution engineered around the client’s existing CCTV and access control systems.

The deployment included

High-accuracy Thermal Cameras positioned at primary entry points for instant temperature detection. Automated Alert Mechanisms to notify management of any elevated temperature readings in real time. Access Control Integration allowing automated entry restrictions pending manual verification.
Data Capture and Reporting Modules to maintain accurate screening records for audit and compliance purposes. Our team managed the full project lifecycle  from design and equipment sourcing through to installation, calibration, and on-site staff training ensuring the system was operational within a short turnaround.
