1. Site assessment. We look at the cameras you already have, check coverage, image quality and positions, and tell you which of them can run the analytics as they are.
2. Configuration. Detection zones, rules and schedules are set for your site. A loading bay at 3am and a car park at midday need different rules, and this is where that gets decided.
3. Tuning. The system is watched during the first weeks and adjusted. This is the stage most suppliers skip, and it is the difference between a system you trust and one you mute.
4. Ongoing support. Rules change as the site changes. Adjustments are handled remotely, so a change of layout does not mean a change of supplier.
